Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
Explain spa and wellness services to potential customers.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
Build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales or customer handling.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince customers and close sales.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable English, Hindi and/or Kannada communication skills.
