Job Description-Senior Finance & Accounts
Location: Sector 62, Noida

IKOHO, a design-first, culture-driven D2C footwear brand, is looking for a finance qualified to join our team in Noida, Sector 62.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting entries, and financial records.
Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and accounts payable/receivable.
Reconcile marketplace payouts, payment gateways, and bank statements.
Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Prepare MIS reports, P&L; statements, cash flow reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
Analyze financial performance and support business decision-making.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and strengthen financial controls.

Requirements:
Qualification: MBA in Finance is mandatory.
Experience: 2–5 years in finance, accounting, and statutory compliance.
Prior experience with a D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brand is preferred.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Tally or Zoho Books and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership.
