We are looking for dedicated, target-oriented Collection Officers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers for overdue loan repayments through calls and field visits.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Conduct customer visits for payment follow-ups and address verification.
Obtain payment commitments and ensure timely collections.
Update customer feedback, visit details, and collection activities accurately in the system.
Handle customer queries professionally and follow company collection policies and compliance guidelines.

Mandatory Requirements
Valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory.
Experience in Persoonal loan collections, banking, NBFC, or financial services is preferred.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Ability to work towards collection targets.
