G-TEC EDUCATION is one of the world's largest IT and skills training networks, with 800+ centres across 23 countries and listed on the NSE as G-TEC Jainx Education. Our programs span computer and accounting courses through to software development, multimedia and cybersecurity.

The role

You'll own G-TEC's digital presence end to end and lead a team based at our admin office in Kozhikode. This is a hands-on leadership role. We want someone who builds results, not someone who only manages agencies.

What you'll work on
Lead SEO for our website, which is being rebuilt now, so our course pages rank for what students actually search
Grow our organic social presence on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn, with content that earns reach without ad spend
Bring 800+ centre pages under one consistent brand and campaign system, so centres support the main brand instead of competing with it
Run paid campaigns on Meta and Google that bring in quality enquiries, not just cheap leads
Set up tracking (GA4, GTM, pixel, CRM) so we know which channel produces actual admissions
Lead,



train and review a team of content, design, video, SEO and ads specialists
Report to leadership on what's working and where the money goes

What we're looking for
4+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years leading a team
Proven organic growth: an account, channel or website you grew yourself, with numbers we can verify
Solid SEO knowledge, both on-page and technical
Comfortable with GA4, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Experience in education, training or a multi-location or franchise brand is a solid plus
Must be able to work on-site in Kozhikode
Malayalam and English; Hindi or Tamil is a bonus
