Job Responsibilities
Attend to customers and understand their footwear preferences.
Assist customers in selecting premium shoes, loafers and party wear.
Explain product features, quality, comfort and styling.
Achieve sales targets and drive store revenue.
Maintain product displays and overall store presentation.
Handle customer queries, billing and basic inventory management.
Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Candidate Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, confident and presentable personality.
Interest in fashion, footwear and lifestyle products.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers can apply. Retail sales experience will be an advantage.
