Job Summary

We're hiring a Senior Sales Executive to develop current business, acquire B2B customers, manage existing accounts and achieve sales targets. The company manufactures HDPE and PP woven bags and industrial packaging solutions.

Responsibilities
Generate recent leads and develop B2B customers.
Identify potential clients and convert enquiries into sales.
Sell HDPE/PP woven bags and packaging products.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop repeat business.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and negotiations.
Prepare quotations, discuss pricing and close orders.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts departments.
Follow up on customer orders and support timely execution.
Travel for customer visits and business development when required.





Required Qualifications and Skills
5–10 years of B2B sales, industrial sales or business development experience.
Experience in customer acquisition and account management.
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to generate business and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in plastic packaging, industrial packaging or manufacturing sales is an advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
