About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Developer with hands-on experience in Python/Django and Node.js/Express.js to design, build and maintain scalable backend systems for a growing technology platform. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain robust backend systems and applications
Build and integrate RESTful APIs
Work with MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch and RabbitMQ on the database side
Work with Nginx, Docker and Kubernetes on the server side
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers and stakeholders
Ensure scalability,



security and performance of backend systems

Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on backend development experience
Robust proficiency in Python and Django
Solid proficiency in Node.js and Express.js
Proven experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs
Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases and the tools above (MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Nginx, Docker, Kubernetes)
Willingness to work onsite in New Delhi
Immediate availability to join

Valuable to Have
Experience with MongoDB
