Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, as per experience & skill
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to manage customer communication, follow-ups, inquiries and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, calls and WhatsApp communication.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers and leads.
Update and maintain CRM software/database with accurate customer information.
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts and Operations teams for customer requirements.
Track leads, customer interactions and follow-up status.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly CRM and follow-up reports.
Maintain proper records of customer details, enquiries and transactions.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments and services.




Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain long-term relationships.
Support the sales team in lead management and conversion.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Good email and WhatsApp communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Customer-oriented and positive attitude.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, organized and positive at follow-ups. Candidates with experience in CRM, customer support, sales coordination or tele-calling will be preferred.
