Role: Restaurant & Café Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant and café operations.
Supervise staff and assign duties.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle reservations, customer complaints, and feedback.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
Manage inventory, stock, and daily sales reports.
Control operational costs and reduce wastage.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
Ensure smooth opening and closing operations.
Maintain discipline and staff performance.
Requirements:
Experience in fine dining or café management.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Solid customer-handling abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems.
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
Pay: Up to ₹42,000.00 per month
