We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Plot Sales Executive to promote residential and commercial plots, generate leads, conduct site visits, and convert potential buyers into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential and commercial plots.
Generate leads through calls, referrals, and field activities.
Identify potential buyers and understand their requirements.
Explain plot details, location advantages, pricing, and payment plans.
Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective customers.
Follow up with interested buyers and negotiate deals.
Coordinate with the documentation and legal teams.
Maintain customer databases and sales records.
Build relationships with brokers and channel partners.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
