About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA Finance fresher to join our Corporate Finance team.The candidate should have a valuable understanding of financial concepts and an interest in corporate finance, equity markets and financial research.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Corporate Finance team in financial research and analysis.
Conduct market and industry research to identify business opportunities.
Research companies, their financial performance and business activities.
Develop a basic understanding of Equity, IPOs and fundraising activities.
Collect and analyse financial and company-related data.
Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations and research summaries.




Support the team in identifying potential companies and investment-related opportunities.
Coordinate with team members on ongoing Corporate Finance assignments.

Requirements
MBA Finance graduate or pursuing MBA Finance.
Valuable understanding of financial concepts and fundamentals.
Good knowledge of financial statements, equity markets and IPOs.
Valuable analytical, research and numerical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
