Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Production Manager to understand daily production plans, order priorities and delivery schedules.
Follow up on the complete production process, from fabric cutting to stitching, quality checking, finishing and final delivery.
Communicate daily production targets and work schedules to contract manufacturers, contract tailors and stitching teams.
Monitor the number of pieces assigned, completed and pending at each production stage.
Ensure contract tailors and stitching teams meet their daily production commitments.
Track stitching progress and check the status of each order regularly.
Coordinate with the cutting team to ensure cut panels are ready and transferred to stitching on time.
Follow up on pending quantities and take necessary action to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
Maintain daily production reports covering order status, quantity issued, quantity completed, pending work and expected completion dates.
Ensure smooth coordination between cutting, stitching, checking,



finishing and dispatch teams.
Follow up with the concerned teams to ensure customer orders are completed and delivered within the committed timelines.
Provide regular updates to the Production Manager regarding production progress and delivery commitments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in garment production, production coordination or line supervision.
Practical knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, especially cutting, stitching, checking and finishing.
Experience coordinating with contract tailors, job-work units and stitching teams.
Ability to plan daily work schedules and monitor production targets.
Valuable follow-up, communication and coordination skills.
