Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop, program, and modify robotic programs for industrial automation.
Operate and program OTC and Yaskawa robotic welding machines.
Set up robot programs according to production requirements.
Perform robotic teaching, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Identify and rectify robot-related technical issues.
Optimize robot cycle time and improve production efficiency.
Ensure proper functioning of robotic equipment during production.
Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams.
Follow safety procedures and maintain programming records.
Support preventive maintenance of robotic systems.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of OTC and Yaskawa robotic systems.
Robotic teaching and programming.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of industrial automation.
