Experience:

Minimum 3+ years, preferably in the Tiles, Sanitary Ware or Building Materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive retail sales across Lucknow and nearby districts.
Develop current dealers and distributors and strengthen existing business relationships.
Expand market presence and achieve assigned sales targets.
Generate business opportunities in government and private projects.
Build relationships with builders, architects, contractors and project consultants.
Monitor market activities, competitor strategies and sales performance.
Prepare sales plans and regular market reports.

Candidate Requirements:




Graduate; MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Strong experience in retail sales and dealer/distributor development.
Knowledge of the building materials market.
Project sales experience will be an added advantage.
Must be target-oriented, result-driven and willing to travel.
