Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience.
Handle guest reservations, room allocations, and billing procedures.
Respond to guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the hotel management system.
Handle telephone calls, wake-up calls, and guest inquiries efficiently.
Follow hotel policies, security procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
Freshers or candidates with relevant hotel experience may apply.
Positive communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.




Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management systems preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
