Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities . Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. . Support Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Docs, Sheets). . Manage user accounts, access requests, and endpoint devices. . Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and collaboration tool issues. . Support meeting room and audio/video conferencing technologies. . Coordinate with global IT teams and vendors for issue resolution and infrastructure support. . Maintain IT assets and ensure compliance with security standards.
