Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to acquire current chit fund customers.
Generate leads through field marketing, referrals and direct customer visits.
Promote various chit fund schemes and explain their advantages to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Manage and motivate the marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports.
Coordinate with management for business development activities.

Candidate Requirements
Any Degree / MBA (Marketing preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Experience in Chit Funds, Banking,



NBFC or Financial Services preferred.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Good knowledge of the local market.
Target-oriented with strong leadership skills.
Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.

Salary: Based on experience + Attractive Incentives.
