Working out quantities and arranging rates for various interior and finishing works
Day to Day functions
Working on drawings reading, BOQs and estimates
Coordination with design, purchase and Site Teams for arranging data/ details.
Coordination with vendors, suppliers for arranging rates
Conducting negotiation meetings
Diploma in Interior design
Knowledge of Materials, specifications of finishing materials and rates
Valuable in MS Excel, Word, Power point and knowledge of ACAD.
Valuable Communication skills including valuable command over English language
Know-how of local markets,
Negotiation and coordination skills for coordination with Consultants, contractors and vendors
Knowledge of design, drafting
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
