We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and customer-friendly Sales Assistant to join our team at Star Pop Traders & Diamond Frames.

The candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, understanding their requirements, explaining available products, supporting sales activities, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the shop.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers and understand their product requirements.
Explain product features, options, pricing, and availability.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products.
Prepare quotations and support billing and sales documentation.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and payments.
Coordinate with the internal team for order preparation and delivery.




Maintain proper product displays and cleanliness of the sales area.
Maintain basic sales and customer records.
Assist in stock checking and inform the concerned person about stock requirements.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Support other day-to-day shop activities as required.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
