Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist with robust expertise in end-to-end recruitment and a mandatory background in real estate hiring. The candidate should be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing quality candidates, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
Handle candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate feedback.
Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and offer follow-ups.
Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve recruitment targets.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Prior experience in Real Estate recruitment is mandatory.
Solid sourcing and headhunting skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.
Excellent candidate screening and interview coordination skills.
Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
