Job Description

WeShine Academy is looking for passionate and knowledgeable faculty members to train students preparing for various state and central government competitive examinations.

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle classroom and online coaching sessions.
Teach subjects relevant to competitive examinations.
Prepare study materials, notes, and practice questions.
Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance.
Clarify students' doubts and provide individual guidance.
Cover the complete syllabus within the scheduled timeline.
Train students using previous-year questions and exam-oriented strategies.
Help students improve accuracy, speed, and problem-solving skills.
