Job Description – Branch Manager (NBFC)

Department: Branch Operations
Reporting To: Area Manager / Regional Manager
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA is an added advantage.
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services, preferably in a branch management role.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall branch operations and ensure achievement of business and revenue targets.
Drive business development, customer acquisition, and financial product sales.
Monitor loan processing, collections, overdue accounts, and recovery performance, as applicable.
Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff to achieve individual and branch targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain robust customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable RBI guidelines, and KYC requirements.
Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and coordinate with the Area/Regional Manager.




Identify business prospects and implement strategies for branch growth.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
