Position: South Indian Cook

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Pongal, Upma, Vada, Sambar, Rasam, variety rice and other South Indian meals.
Handle bulk cooking for industrial catering operations.
Maintain food quality, taste, hygiene and consistency.
Follow standard recipes, portion control and food safety practices.
Manage kitchen preparation and cooking activities efficiently.
Ensure proper usage and storage of raw materials.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.

Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in South Indian cooking, preferably in industrial catering or bulk cooking.
Positive knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine.
Ability to handle large-volume food preparation.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.

Work Location: Benzz Kitchen, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
