Position: Medical Representative – Telecalling

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000/month + performance incentives

ELIGIBILITY:
Plus Two / Any Degree
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Pharmacy or healthcare product knowledge preferred
Valuable Malayalam communication; basic English preferred
Basic computer, Excel and WhatsApp skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outbound calls to customers, pharmacies and prospective buyers
Explain approved product information
Generate leads and convert enquiries into orders
Follow up with customers and manage sales enquiries
Maintain call logs and customer details in Excel or CRM
Coordinate orders and delivery updates
Achieve calling and sales targets
