Job Summary

Craftech 360 is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & SCM Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, inventory, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have good negotiation skills, strong follow-up capabilities, and the ability to ensure timely availability of materials for projects and events.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers.
Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and project requirements.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
Prepare and manage purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand material and project requirements.
Track orders, deliveries, and ensure timely material availability.
Maintain vendor databases and procurement documentation.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Coordinate logistics, dispatches, and material movement for events and projects.

Requirements




2–4 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Vendor Management.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple procurement requirements.

Preferred Skills
Experience in event management, production, manufacturing, or project-based companies.
Familiarity with purchase orders, stock management, and logistics coordination.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
