Job Summary

A Vocational Trainer is responsible for providing practical and theoretical training to students or trainees to develop industry-specific skills, improve employability, and prepare them for jobs or self-employment. The trainer delivers lessons, conducts practical demonstrations, assesses learners' performance, and supports their overall skill development.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver theoretical and practical training to students.
Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
Demonstrate practical skills related to the vocational trade.
Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance.
Maintain student attendance and training records.
Develop students’ technical and employability skills.
Ensure classroom discipline and safety standards.
Provide career guidance and support job placement.
Monitor student progress and complete training reports.
Follow the prescribed curriculum and training guidelines

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
