We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing students, handling follow-ups, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Explain course details, fees, benefits, and admission procedures.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM software.
Coordinate with admission counsellors and the sales team.
Resolve student enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Achieve daily follow-up and monthly conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records and prepare daily performance reports.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the admission process.





Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
Basic English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
