DigiManiac is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of our social media presence, content strategy, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & other relevant platforms
Plan Reels, posts, stories, campaigns, and trending content
Generate creative content ideas, hooks, scripts, and campaign concepts
Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and the marketing team
Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity
Track reach, engagement, followers, leads, and other key performance metrics
Analyze competitors and current social media trends
Improve organic reach and audience engagement
Manage multiple campaigns and ensure timely content execution
Lead and guide junior social media team members

Required Skills:




Robust experience in social media management and strategy
Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & short-form content
Solid copywriting and content ideation skills
Good understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies
Ability to identify trends and quickly convert them into relevant content
Solid communication, leadership, and team-management skills
