Bartender – Job Description
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes and guest preferences.
Ensure proper mise-en-place and availability of all bar ingredients, garnishes, and equipment.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming at the bar.
Follow standard operating procedures for beverage preparation and service.
Ensure correct billing, portion control, and proper handling of bar stock.
Monitor inventory and report shortages, breakage, or wastage to the supervisor.
Provide courteous, prompt, and qualified service to all guests.
Ensure responsible service of alcohol and strictly follow hotel policies and applicable regulations.
Maintain proper storage and handling of beverages, glassware, and bar equipment.
Coordinate with the F&B; team to ensure smooth and productive bar operations.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
