Job Description:
Handle accounts receivable activities for US healthcare clients.
Follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies.
Analyze claim status, denials, rejections, and payment issues.
Identify the reason for claim delays and take appropriate action.
Review EOB/ERA and insurance websites for claim/payment information.
Work on denied and unpaid claims and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain productivity and quality standards as per process requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and update claim status regularly.
Meet daily and monthly productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare AR/RCM.
Positive knowledge of US healthcare insurance and claims processes.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
