Thathwaa Communications Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled and passionate Technical Trainers and Mentors to train and guide students through our internship program. We are seeking professionals with robust technical knowledge, practical experience, and a passion for teaching/mentoring.
Trainers Required
We are looking for trainers and mentors in the following technologies:
Conduct technical training sessions for 2 hours daily.
Explain concepts with practical examples and hands-on exercises.
Guide students through coding practices, assignments, and mini-projects.
Mentor students in developing their technical and problem-solving skills.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
Help students understand real-world project requirements and development practices.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of the respective technology.
Good communication and teaching skills.
Practical experience in software development or technical training.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a straightforward and understandable manner.
Previous training or mentoring experience is preferred.
Willingness to conduct onsite sessions in Kannur, Kerala.
