Accounts Officer

Position: Accounts Officer
Experience: 2–5 years
Location: Nadathara ,Thrissur

Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Maintain purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Handle bank reconciliation and monitor bank transactions.
Assist with GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and other statutory compliance.
Prepare monthly reports and support financial closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.




Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Positive knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Positive communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
