Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities based on early childhood education principles.
Foster a welcoming, protected, and stimulating classroom setting.
Monitor and track children's developmental milestones, providing feedback to parents regularly.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency in teaching and learning approaches.
Organize and participate in events that promote learning and community engagement.
Maintain open and proactive communication with parents, emphasizing the school’s philosophy of parents as partners.
Manage classroom behavior through positive discipline techniques and model appropriate behavior.

Qualifications
A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Certification in Montessori, Reggio Emilia,



or other child-centric teaching approaches preferred.
Experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.

Skills
Understanding of child development stages.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans.
Robust classroom management abilities.
Empathy and understanding of children’s emotional needs.
Parent management
Positive presentation

Preferred Experience
2+ years of experience in teaching at the preschool level.
Experience with parent-toddler program would be an added advantage.
