Job Responsibilities:
Monitor branch operations and performance.
Guide branch teams in achieving business targets.
Coordinate with Branch In-Charges and management.
Support business development and overall branch growth.
Requirements:
Experience in banking, NBFC, gold finance, or old gold buying is preferred.
Positive leadership and communication skills.
Experience in managing branch operations is an advantage.
Working Hours:
Major cities: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
Other locations: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
