Roles and Responsibilities

Role summary:
The Retail Sales Assistant helps customers find suitable products, provides friendly service, and supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

Key responsibilities:
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, prices, promotions, and store policies accurately.
Process purchases, refunds, and exchanges using the point-of-sale system.
Handle cash, card, and other payments in line with store procedures.
Replenish shelves, arrange displays, and keep products clearly priced and presented.
Monitor stock levels and report low, damaged, or missing items.
Keep the sales floor, checkout area, and fitting rooms clean and organized.
Respond professionally to customer questions, complaints, and service requests.
Support deliveries, stockroom organization, and inventory counts.
Follow loss-prevention, health and safety, and security procedures.
Work with colleagues and supervisors to meet service and sales goals.
Stay informed about product ranges, promotions, and store procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
