Exquisite Yield LLP is engaged in the import and distribution of niche FMCG products from international brands. We are expanding our network of retailers, distributors, and business clients across India.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy and organized Business Development & Operations Executive who will primarily focus on onboarding recent retail customers, generating sales, and managing follow-ups from order to delivery and payment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors and business customers
Follow up with customers for orders, repeat sales, payments and outstanding dues
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory and deliveries
Track sales, leads, customer follow-ups, payments and inventory using Excel/Google Sheets
Coordinate with logistics partners and track shipments and deliveries
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Prepare straightforward reports, presentations and business updates
Skills & Requirements
Good communication and strong follow-up skills
Comfortable with cold calling and customer interaction
Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools
Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups independently
Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus
Interest in FMCG, retail, imports and distribution is preferred
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys sales, customer acquisition and getting things done.
