Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of an optical showroom. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving overall showroom profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the optical showroom.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve showroom profitability.
Lead, motivate, and supervise sales executives, optometrists, and other showroom staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Assist customers in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, sunglasses, and contact lenses.
Coordinate with optometrists to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, product displays, and replenishment.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, daily sales reporting, and documentation.
Handle customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and service issues.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product presentation.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Analyse sales reports, conversion rates,



and customer feedback to improve performance.
