We are looking for Machine Operator to run a recycling granulation line specializing in high-purity post-industrial LDPE/LLDPE film scrap.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating Single screw recycling extruders with force feeders.
Managing hydraulic screen changers and maintaining consistent melt pressure.
Monitoring barrel temperature profiles to ensure zero material burning.
Routine cleaning and maintenance of vacuum degassing systems and die-face cutters.
Requirements:
Must have direct experience recycling plastic films/packaging scrap.
Ability to troubleshoot granule defects (bubbles, rough surface, uneven sizing).
Knowledge of preventative machine maintenance (screw cleaning, oil changes).
