Job Description:

We are seeking a Legal Associate to handle matters under the SARFAESI Act, particularly Section 14 proceedings. Candidates with prior experience will be preferred; however, fresh law graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling SARFAESI Act matters, especially Section 14 applications
Drafting and filing applications, notices, and legal documents.
Coordinating with banks, advocates, district magistrate offices, and authorities.
Following up on case status and maintaining legal records.
Assisting seniors in legal research and case preparation.
Attending court proceedings, if required.




Ensuring compliance with legal timelines and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:
Law graduate (LLB) from a recognised university.
Experience in SARFAESI / Section 14 matters will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of legal drafting and court procedures.
Valuable communication Hindi, English, Telugu and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SARFAESI Act, (basic level).
Drafting and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Professional attitude and eagerness to learn.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
