Job Description:
Role Purpose

Handle reception, calls, visitor coordination and basic administrative support. Provide a qualified first point of contact at the site/corporate office.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and register visitors; answer and route incoming calls; coordinate customer appointments and meeting rooms; maintain visitor and courier records; support sales/customer-relations teams with visitor coordination; maintain qualified service standards.
Core KPIs / Performance Measures

Visitor handling; call response; appointment accuracy; record accuracy; customer feedback

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
