Job description:

The Sales & Business Development Executive will support lead generation, brand promotion, and field sales activities.

Sales & Marketing Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential B2B clients (restaurants, caterers, hostels, corporates, retail stores).
Conduct field visits, product demos, and sampling activities.
Maintain and update daily sales reports, lead pipelines, and follow‑ups.
Support onboarding of current clients and ensure smooth first‑order execution.
Build robust customer relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Assist senior sales managers in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Execute local marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand‑building activities.
Support digital marketing tasks such as social media posting, content coordination, and basic analytics.
Participate in events, food fairs, and community outreach programs.




Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Assist in creating marketing materials (flyers, brochures, WhatsApp creatives)

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Hospitality, or related fields.
2 - 4 years of experience in sales or marketing (freshers welcome).
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business).
Ability to work in the field, meet clients, and travel locally.
Energetic, self‑driven, and eager to learn.
Fluency in Tamil and English preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
