Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and generate sales leads.
Contact potential customers through phone calls and follow-ups.
Explain residential plots, villas and apartment projects.
Arrange customer site visits and property presentations.




Convert enquiries into successful bookings and registrations.
Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in Real Estate Sales or Telecalling is mandatory.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customers and close sales.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Immediate joiners preferred.
