Job Title: Relationship Manager – Real EstateIndustry: Real Estate / Residential & Commercial PlottingExperience: 2–5 Years (Plotting Experience Preferred)Location: Zirakpur / Mohali / Chandigarh

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and build strong relationships with prospective buyers.
Generate leads through references, walk-ins, calling and networking.
Explain residential and commercial plotting projects, pricing and payment plans.
Arrange and coordinate client site visits for plot inspections.
Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into successful bookings.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
Coordinate with the sales and documentation teams for smooth transactions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and booking objectives.





Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Must have experience in residential and commercial plotting projects.
Positive knowledge of plot sizes, rates, payment plans and documentation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong client handling and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
