Position: Team Lead – Finance

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru
Experience: 6+ Years
Qualification: B.Com / BBM

Job Responsibilities:
Manage fixed assets, asset maintenance, physical verification and reconciliations.
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), customer accounts and credit control.
Monitor collections, overdue payments and customer credit assessments.
Manage cash applications, payment discrepancies and customer disputes.
Prepare bank reconciliations, GL reconciliations and bad debt provisions.
Maintain vendor master data and ensure data accuracy.
Support month-end closing, financial reporting and statutory/internal audits.
Supervise team members and coordinate with Sales, Customer Care and Finance teams.

Candidate Requirements:




Minimum 6+ years of experience in Finance/Accounts, preferably in Credit & Collections.
Prior experience in team handling or supervision is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Bank Reconciliation.
Positive command of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
SAP working experience preferred.
Salesforce experience will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹116,000.00 per month
