Cafe Manager

Role: Cafe ManagerExperience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily cafe operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise kitchen, service, and housekeeping staff.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and customer service standards.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift allocation.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily procurement.
Control operational costs, food wastage, and expenses.
Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with vendors for supplies and raw materials.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Train staff and monitor their performance.
Plan promotional activities to increase cafe sales.
Maintain cafe ambience and service standards.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly operational reports.

Required Skills:
Experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Inventory management and cost-control skills.
Familiarity with POS and billing systems.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
