The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during patient procedures, manage instruments and sterilization, and deliver exceptional patient care. Excellent communication skills and a skilled demeanor are essential to ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for our patients. --- ### Key Responsibilities Chairside Assisting: Assist the dentist directly during routine examinations, clinical treatments, and minor surgical procedures. Instrument Handling & Sterilization: Prepare, sanitize, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment following safety and hygiene protocols. Patient Care & Communication: Greet patients warmly, explain procedures clearly to alleviate anxiety, and provide post-treatment instructions. Operatory Setup & Breakdown: Prepare treatment rooms before procedures and clean, disinfect,



and restock supplies between patient visits. Administrative Support: Assist with managing patient appointments, maintain clear treatment records, and answer patient inquiries over the phone or at reception when needed. --- ### Qualifications & Skills Education/Certification: Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting, Nursing, or related healthcare fields preferred. Freshers with relevant hands-on clinical training are welcome to apply. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of dental instruments, sterilization techniques, and basic operatory hygiene. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and basic English to interact confidently with patients and clinic staff. * Soft Skills: Empathetic, polite, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinic workplace.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
