Job Description: Visa Team Leader

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the visa processing team, ensuring smooth and productive operations.
Handle visa applications, documentation, and procedures for all countries.
Review and verify visa documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with respective embassy and consulate requirements.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers for submissions and follow-ups.
Monitor application status, ensure timely processing, and resolve complex visa-related issues.
Guide team members on country-specific visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records, monitor team performance,



and ensure adherence to service standards and deadlines.

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in visa processing, travel operations, or a related field, with team leadership experience preferred.
Robust knowledge of visa procedures and documentation for all countries worldwide.
Proven ability to lead a team, manage multiple applications, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and online visa application portals.
Robust attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
