Job Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, bank reconciliation statements (BRS), and account reconciliations.
Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Perform GST reconciliation, input tax credit (ITC) verification, and purchase register reconciliation with GSTR-2B.
Prepare and file TDS returns, including quarterly returns in applicable forms.
Calculate TDS deductions and ensure timely deposit of TDS.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial records.
Assist in preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Handle vendor and customer account reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS,



and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other departments for accounting and taxation matters.

Required Skills
Practical knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.
Positive knowledge of GST rules, GST return filing.
Knowledge of TDS calculation, payment, and quarterly return filing.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Kukatpalli, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
