Job Summary

The Facade Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all façade-related activities between clients, consultants, architects, site teams, design, procurement, production, and installation teams. The role ensures timely execution, quality compliance, and smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate façade project activities from design through installation.
Review architectural drawings, IFC drawings, and façade shop drawings.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and contractors for approvals and technical clarifications.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Follow up on drawing approvals, material procurement, and fabrication status.
Coordinate with the design, planning, procurement, production, QA/QC, and site execution teams.
Track site progress and resolve technical and coordination issues.




Prepare and maintain project documentation, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Attend client meetings and site coordination meetings.
Monitor variation orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and technical submittals.
Support billing documentation and project handover activities.

Required Qualifications
Any Graduate/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
3–8 years of experience in façade, glazing, aluminium systems, or curtain wall projects.
Experience in project coordination and site execution.

Pay: ₹10,926.98 - ₹42,025.86 per month
