Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The candidate should have valuable practical knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
Handle purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare monthly MIS and basic financial reports.




Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting records.

Experience & Background
B. Com, M. Com, MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
1+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
Prior experience in a trading, manufacturing, or services company is an advantage.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in Tally/ Tally Prime and MS Excel

Language Requirements
Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Telugu/ Tamil/ Marathi (preferred/ robust advantage)

Key Competencies
Close attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage tasks independently.
Good communication and follow-up skills for collections management.
Team-oriented, professional, and responsible approach to work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
